1. What Sizeo does

Sizeo lets you save your clothing sizes, style preferences, and wishlist items, then share a profile link with friends and family so they know exactly what to buy you. The service also includes social features such as friends, groups, and gifting coordination.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sizeo. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login details or let others access your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (sizes, preferences, wishlist items, profile photo). By using Sizeo, you grant us a limited licence to store and display this content to your friends, group members, and anyone who accesses your public profile link.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sizeo to harass, impersonate, or harm other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Sizeo available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

Sizeo is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Sizeo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
